The application for this kit is 92 to current Ford vans, using a Dana 60 axle from a 1999-2004 Ford SuperDuty. The front leaf spring application is the 1992-1997 Ford F350, which makes the kit easy to complete using off the shelf parts. The kit gives you 2" of lift, and a 2" lift spring will allow a 33" tire. Brolga Industries has developed a 4 wheel drive conversion for the 2006 onwards Ford Transit Platform. This incudes all rear wheel drive versions of the van, and also all of the cab/chassis configurations. The conversion features a Truetrac limited slip differential in the rear, a heavy duty American 2 speed transfer case, and a Dana front axle. We have retained the original Independent Front Susupension, but incorporated a manual free wheeling hub design. At this point the conversion is only available with a six speed manual transmission.
