September 10-12 Institution Sweet 16 - Hosted by the Hoosier Van Congress
Institution Sweet 16, at Black Swan Lake in Clear Springs, Indiana. Pre reg by 8/15/10 $35 for Van & 2 adults, $10 each extra person over 16, $5 pop up trailer, $10 all other camping trailers, At the gate: $40 for van and 2 adults, $15 each extra person over 16, $10 pop up trailer, $15 all other camping trailers. Live Band both nights, Show n Shine, Bright n Shine, Adult games, kids games. Saturday night pig roast all you can eat for $7. September 16-19 Keystone Madness - Hosted by Performance Inc.
Located at the Schuylkill County Fairgrounds in Summit Station, PA 17979. Panels, pick ups and 4X4's welcome! Stocked ponds & streams on grounds (no license needed on Saturday). The usual good Truck-In games plus some new ones for kids & adults, Mr. & Ms. Madness, Van & Truck Show, Nite-Lite Show & Sound Off. Lots of vendors, including the "Keystone Kitchen" (Limited Special "Friday & Saturday Night Dinners") Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner also available.

January 14-16 FREEZE OUT 2011 Hippie Style - Hosted by Free Bird Vanners of Virginia
Held at the Rockahock Campground, 1428 Outpost Road, in Lanexa, VA 23089. Facilities & Activities - Full hook ups, showers, & clean restrooms. THERE ARE NO 110 PLUGS- BRING 30 & 50 AMP ADAPTORS! Bar on site open Fri. 4 PM and Sat & Sun at noon. Restaurant/Lounge/convenience store also on site. Fishing - bring your poles & license and go fishing on the Chickahomy River. Show & Shine, dash plaques, first 50 receive a goodie bag, evant shirts. DON'T FORGET your Tye-Dye shirts, Headbands, Beads, etc... Pot luck dinner on Sat. January 14-16 VANNERS FOR VANNERS - Hosted by Florida Van Council members
Held at the Doe Lake in the Ocala National Forest in Ocala Florida. Pre reg by 12/1/10 is $45.00 after 12/1/10 it is $50.00. You must let us know if you are coming by 1/1/11. We must know you are coming so we have enough food. Doe Lake is located in the South West corner of the Ocala national Forrest. GPS coordinates are N 29. 2.370 W 81 49.158 From Rt 40 out of Ocala take Rt 314A south which turns into SE 95th St and then into 182 Ave. You are looking for Forest road 573/14 turn left and go .9 mile and turn right at the sign for Doe lake. From the turnpike take exit 296 which is RT. 470 E to RT. 33 N to 27 N. to 25 N. to 42 E. when you turn on 42 for 7.4 miles till you get to the blinking light at 182 Ave. Turn north and go 4.1 miles to Forest Rd 573/14 go right for .9 miles and the grounds are on the right. From the east take 42 cross over RT. 19 and keep going until you get to about 10-12 mile until you get to the blinking light at 182 Ave and turn right Follow the above directions. There are beautiful bathrooms with handicap showers. A large historic building built by the CCC. The building is all wood including beautiful hardwood floors. There will be no GLASS, SMOKING or PETS in the building. No arrivals before 3 PM on Friday and the gates will be locked except for emergencies on Saturday night at 8 PM. Breakfast will be served Saturday and Sunday. Dinner Saturday night and soup on Friday night. There is no stove or oven so if you bring something to cook you must a container.
